To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@hybridsystems.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include your order number and the reason for the return in your email.
Once you have received your RMA number, please ship the item back to us at the address provided in the return instructions. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.
